Gap Gauge is designed for the examination and checking of panel gaps on external parts such as bodywork and internal trim in automotive manufacture and repair, marine construction, domestic furniture and kitchen installation. Anywhere you need to check evenness of gaps down to low tolerances, without damaging the painted or finished surfaces with metal tools.

Made from durable polycarbonate, supplied in a protective box with a bright and useful brightly coloured halyard for when in use.
3 sizes available:
GAP-GAUGE G25 for gaps from 0,25mm to 4mm intervals of 0.25mm - primarily for interior parts
GAP-GAUGE G50 for gaps from 0.50mm to 8mm intervals of 0.50mm - primarily for exterior parts such as bodywork
GAP-GAUGE G75 for gaps from 0.5mm to 12mm in intervals of 0.25mm. Comprises 1 x G25 + 1 x G50 used in combination or separately.
