Shipping & Returns

We have been in business since 2003 and are one of the longest established internet retailers of car care products. We still serve customers from the very first few weeks.

You can order safely and easily on-line using our shopping cart system or call us on 01780 749449, weekdays from 9am to 5:00pm, for advice, queries or to order. Our offices are permanently staffed during these times. We do not open at weekends.

You may leave a voice message or e-mail us outside these hours, we may respond out of hours.

Prices

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling, including VAT. We cannot take payments in other currencies such as the Euro or US$.

Export prices for customers outside the UK are ex-VAT which will be deducted at checkout. You will need to pay your own countries VAT, any relevant Customs duty and a small admin fee to our carrier when your package arrives. From 1 July 2026, the EU imposes a €3 fee per product line for orders under €150.

If you are a business within the EU and have a VAT number please contact us with it and your EORI number prior to ordering. Please look out for notifications from carriers for these charges as parcels can be returned to us (at your expense) if you don’t pay them. BUT, please see notes below…

We reserve the right to change any advertised price or withdraw special offers at any time and will advise you of any such change before despatch.

All pricing is E&OE. Should we price incorrectly we may cancel your order and provide a refund. This includes where the incorrect shipping rate has been selected by the customer (we will contact you with any extra shipping due). We cannot ship heavy items like AirChambers into the EU for £4.75 !

Any dispute raised with Paypal before goods are despatched will result in your order being held – we will not release goods until we have been paid.

Packaging and delivery

Please provide an e-mail address and phone number so our carriers contact you in case of issues. Our Next Day services are provided by FedEx.

All products can be delivered to your door within (typically) 2-3 working days in mainland UK. Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, but for urgent deliveries please contact us. Please note our Next Day delivery cut off time is 2pm, though some products may be much earlier.

Overnight delivery means ‘next working day’ and orders placed on Friday as such will, unless agreed, be delivered on Monday. For Saturday or Sunday delivery rates please contact us.

UK Highlands, Islands and premium courier zones (as defined by our carriers) – we may need to request additional funds for heavy items, as in line with all other retailers, our carriers costs are higher to get products to you, which we have to pass on.

We ship worldwide every day, please contact us for delivery charges if your country is not listed, or the product type not catered for. We try to set an on-line carriage rate that makes most orders economical for you to purchase, but if you select the incorrect rate or your order is particularly heavy we will hold your order and request additional funds to cover our costs. We do not consider carriage to be an area for profit.

Note that our overseas carriage rates are indicative – with our product range spanning tubs of wax to dehumidifiers and AirChambers at 35kg we may have to ask customers to top up carriage, despite our hugely discounted rates with FedEx, UPS, TNT and DHL.

Customer Collections

You are welcome to collect in person from our premises just 5 minutes from the A1 south of Stamford. Please call in advance to ensure we have stock. We are open Monday to Friday 9 am to 5:00pm.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs by our choice of carrier if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within a few days of the return arriving with us.  

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly. If you have simply changed your mind, would like a different colour etc, return costs are at your expense.

Valuations for insurance purposes

We provide insurance company accepted valuations for your classic car, the cost is £25 plus VAT. Upon receipt of your payment we will contact you for the details we need, which will not need to include a physical inspection. For renewals of existing valuations, please make payment here too.

Please add ‘Standard UK Shipping’ to your order, which covers the VAT.
